Women
composers,
Women
performers,
Women
producers,
Modern,
leading women.
You don’t need too good of an ear to know that women today are on another wavelength. The way we handle silence has changed. We’re hitting other notes, we’ve discovered new, unexpected harmonies and we don’t accept the differences that we use to overlook. This is a new melody and it’s imposing a sharp cadence.
For years, we had to hear the same old song: women performing roles orchestrated to the beat of a stereotype. Today, however, we must use our senses to feel new vibrations.
Just as women’s perspectives have changed the way we look at other fields, today we’ve decided to lend an ear and inspire the world of musical composition and production.
Woman composers, woman performers. Modern, leading women, creating music to motivate and mobilize. MADRESELVA offers a counterpoint to what you’ve heard before.
Maestra!
Music, please!
